For "Inmobiliaria Basac," S.A. de C.V., a company referred to as "Costa Realty," the protection of your personal data is very important, which is why we make our PRIVACY NOTICE known, in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). This company informs you of the type of personal data we collect from you, how we use it, manage it, and with whom we share it:

II. RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.
The legal entities responsible for collecting your personal data will be the controlling, subsidiary, or affiliated companies that are under the common of the business group of Inmobiliaria Basac, S.A. de C.V., which are collectively referred to as “Costa Realty” which for the purposes of this Privacy Notice indicate as their address the one located at Avenida Bonampak, corner of Donceles, Condominio Palmeras, Local C-109 Int. A, Cancún, Quintana Roo, CP 77500. Through this document, you are informed that the personal, patrimonial, or financial data that you have provided to this company by any means, including but not limited to, through emails, telefaxes, filled forms, telephone calls, contracts, mail, business cards, digital media, etc.; will be treated strictly under the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, and responsibility.
III. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.
“Costa Realty”, informs you that the personal data you provide will be used for:
Primary purposes:
1. Purchase-sale promises.
2. Sales.
3. Leases.
4. Analyze solvency viability.
If you do not object, “Costa Realty” may process your personal data to carry out any or all of the secondary purposes mentioned below, which allow us to provide you with a better service:
Secondary purposes:
1. If you do not contract our real estate services, we suggest you stay in our updated database so we can contact you and give you priority with our products and services.
2. Make you offers, promotions, or some activity about the property of your interest.

The personal data will be kept under the strictest confidentiality and may not be used for purposes other than those mentioned above, unless there is a change in this Privacy Notice.
IV. ARCO RIGHTS.
According to the provisions on the protection of personal data, you have the right to know the personal data we have about you, what we use them for, and the conditions of use we give them. Similarly, you have the right to request the correction of your personal data in case it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete; likewise, you can request that we delete your data from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties, and obligations provided in the regulations; as well as oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes. These rights are known as ARCO rights.
Article 28 of the LFPDPPP, makes you the holder of four rights to exercise:
· Access your personal data held by the responsible party, to know the Privacy Notice and its purposes.
· Rectify your data in case of being inaccurate, incorrect, or outdated.
· Cancel your personal data when you consider that they are not being used for the fulfillment of the purposes established in this Privacy Notice.
· Oppose the processing of your personal data regarding any of the purposes established in this Privacy Notice.
“Costa Realty”, will not be obliged to cancel personal data when it comes to any of the cases established in the law, among others the following: that it refers to the parties of a private, social, or administrative contract and are necessary for its development and fulfillment; must be treated by legal disposition; judicial or administrative actions linked to tax obligations, the investigation and prosecution of crimes or the updating of administrative sanctions are obstructed; are necessary to protect the legally protected interests of the owner; are necessary to comply with a legally acquired obligation by the owner and are subject to treatment for prevention.
V. OPTIONS AND MEANS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF DATA.
Likewise, we inform you that the personal data provided to “Costa Realty”, are duly protected through technological, physical, and administrative security measures, preventing the misuse or disclosure thereof. Access to such information will only be allowed to those who have an express and written authorization from the owner that fully identifies them as authorized to make use of personal data, exclusively for the fulfillment of the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice.
VI. MECHANISMS FOR THE EXERCISE OF ARCO RIGHTS AND REVOCATION OF CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA.
To exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition or your right to revoke consent for the processing of your personal data, it must be by means of a free writing stating what is convenient to your right regarding the misuse, rectification of your personal data sent to the following email: mgodoy@costarealty.com.mx and complying with the requirements indicated in article 29 of the regulations of the LFPDPPP. Or, present your writing in physical form, in Spanish, in accordance with the requirements established in the aforementioned article at the address established in subsection (II) of this Privacy Notice.
VII. DATA TRANSFER.
The personal data that has been provided to us will not be disclosed or shared with third parties at any time, in the sense that, for the purposes of this Privacy Notice, the controlling, subsidiary or affiliated companies that are under the common of the business group of “Costa Realty”, which require having the personal data to fulfill the aforementioned purposes, will not be considered as a third party.
Likewise, the data may only be shared exclusively with real estate offices and/or real estate agents, or with the AMPI network (Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals) and will only be for the purpose of being able to carry out in collaboration, the necessary steps for the activity of real estate commercial intermediation for the purchase, sale, lease or administration of real estate.
The third parties to whom your personal data are transferred will be bound under the same terms of this Privacy Notice, will comply with the respective security and confidentiality measures.
Similarly, we are obliged to transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, only for the cases established in article 37 of the LFPDPPP, as well as to carry out said transfer in the terms of the aforementioned Law.
VIII. REVOCATION.
The owner of the personal data may revoke their consent for the processing of personal data at any time, in accordance with article 8 of the LFPDPPP, and must, only for such purposes, send their request through a free writing to the Person in Charge of Personal Data: Mrs. Rosa Ana Lavinia Beltrani Parenti either by courier to the address or to the email mentioned in subsection (VI) of this Privacy Notice.
Likewise, the owner of the personal data is informed that “Costa Realty”, will have a period of 7 calendar days to attend to their request, in the response it will be informed about the origin of the request.
You have the power to Revoke your Consent that, in your case, you have granted us for the processing of your personal data. You should consider that the revocation of your consent will imply that we can no longer provide the service you requested, or the conclusion of your relationship with us. Likewise, in all cases we will not be able to attend to your request or conclude the use immediately, since it is possible that due to some legal obligation we require to continue processing your personal data.

“Costa Realty”, ses its own and third-party cookies to analyze your browsing and offer you a more personalized service according to your interests.
